The photo shows a manual production machine in a tannery that we rewired and converted to automatic operation, we installed a Mitsubishi FX3UPLC, FX temperature module, FX ethernet module, FX communication module, FRF700 drive and E1071 touch screen colour HMI panel. We designed and programmed the PLC and HMI on site. The rewire proved so successful that we rewired 4 more similar machines.

Services include wiring to air conditioning units, air handling units, mains distribution, computer rooms, boiler houses and underfloor services. We can install the very latest energy saving lighting controls. We have had great results with 600×600 LED flat panels in suspended ceiling grids to replace the inefficient 4 tube lay in modular fluorescent fittings.

In older properties with fuse boards containing rewireable fuses, we can upgrade with one of the latest metal clad consumer units and attend to wiring and main equipotential bonding as well.
We only install MK, Wylex or Hager consumer units as we consider these to be the best in terms of looks, quality, value and versatility. We don’t install or recommend cheaper imported units sold in DIY stores for a fraction of the price of the proper unit. A new consumer unit may contain RCBOs, MCBs, AFDDs, SPDs, main switches, bell transformers, contactors etc.
We carry out some kind of testing every single day.
We use a Megger MFT multifunction tester, Megger DCM earth leakage tester, Fluke multimeter and Fluke clamp meter for testing along with Amtech Fast Test software to record the results in a very neat manner.
We can print or email reports for you, if required along with issuing relevant circuit charts, electrical installation certificates, minor works certificates, visual condition reports and electrical installation reports.
We use Amtech Single Cable software for installations calculations.
We are expert in the design, wiring, fault finding and repairs to any type of central heating system. If a system is a little bit out of the ordinary, we will design and install the system using a numbered terminal wiring centre c/w a full set of as fitted drawings.
